Website Hosting– If you are not completely satisfied with our web hosting services you can submit a cancellation request by logging in and submitting a ticket to cancellations department here. within the first 30 days of your service that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the amount paid, excluding setup fees and overages. Setup fees are refundable ONLY for the following reasons:

  • You cancelled the account order prior to activation
  • Your desired domain name was not available

Branding | Web & Mobile | Technology-  If you’re not happy with the work we provided, we will refund you any money you’ve paid for work, for an invoice issued within the past 30 days. The 30 day period begins at the time the invoice is issued. This guarantee does not apply to any money you’ve paid to a third party. Third party fees can include such things as stock photos.

SSL Certificates- This includes a 30 day refund guarantee on GeoTrust®, Symantec™, Thawte®, RapidSSL®, Comodo® and Certum® SSL Certificate products. Exclusivity LLC will cancel and refund or issue a store credit for an order upon request by the Customer within 30 days. The refund/cancellation request must be made by logging in and submitting a ticket to cancellations department here, for the specific order in question. All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial order date. Any product subject to a successful refund/cancellation request must not be in use, must be un-installed and/or deleted. Exclusivity LLC may refuse to cancel and/or refund any order that is in use, not un-installed and/or not deleted. We guarantee the quality of all our products with a full replacement, refund or store credit of anything you order from our websites or by any other means. We will issue a store credit or refund upon request by the account holder anytime up to 30 days after the purchase.

Printing– 30 day money back guarantee. This includes business cards, postcards, envelopes, letterhead and etc. If you are not entirely satisfied with the finished printed product you can send it back to us for a full refund of the printing cost only. If you approve a design and you are not happy with the printed product because of a design, a refund is not due. Refunds may be credited to your account or returned back to your credit card.

Clothing– We generally offer two options, 1) return the garments for a free reprint of all affected garments in your order or 2) Keep the garments, and receive a credit to your account worth 50% of your order. You will need to provide images of affected items. If you receive a product that is damaged, please file a claim by logging in and submitting a ticket to claims department here.

Refund Time Frame- Refunds can take up to 60 days before they are returned to your accounts.
